The machine many of us have dreamed of, an on-site power generation system from food and organic waste. It also produces fertilizers. So, with your organic waste, you can on the one hand generate energy and on the other hand produce ecological compost, does anyone give more?
HORSE can recycle 25 tonnes of organic waste per year, producing with them: 20,440 liters of ecological fertilizer and 37 MWh of energy.
This machine helps conserve local resources, reduce the need for agrochemicals for crops, and provide the local community with a post-consumer food life cycle.
The horse changes the perspective of waste management, like everything organic waste is now becoming a resource.
It uses the life cycle to reduce waste, reduce energy use, reduce traffic and transport intensity, and keep the jobs and money associated with business transactions within each community.
This machine broke away from the complexity and cost so far in other anaerobic digestion systems, a process in which microorganisms break down biodegradable material in the absence of oxygen.
The system operates completely off the grid and does not require any connection for its operation, it is completely autonomous. It can be delivered on a trailer to be portable to events and parties.
HORSE allows you to achieve energy sovereignty and make the most of your resources.
Benefits of the system.
- The ability to reduce the costs of garbage disposal, recycling and power generation at the same time.
- System based on minimum space requirement.
- Quick implementation to replace diesel generation systems and easily expandable.
- Production of electricity and heat on site, or other forms of energy (electricity, hot water, etc.).
- It can convert food scraps, meat, fat, oil, all edible liquids, seafood, dairy, starch, sugar, fruits, vegetables, small bones, towels, paper towels or eggshells, in addition to alcohol.
How it works.
The system is portable and delivered in one piece. The only installation necessary is to make a water and electricity connection before commissioning the installation.
The process begins with the collection of food waste, edible liquids or fats and oils in a large sink for examination and pre-shredding. It shreds things like meat, fish, fruits and vegetables into bite-sized pieces. The system has a mixing and feeding system that works automatically, so the cost of labor is minimal. Simply check temperature, mix, liquid level, pressure, gas storage, and battery status when the system is powered on.
This bioenergetic system is discharged by gravity flow and hydraulic displacement. The microdigester also has a pressurized gas storage, which is pumped using a water-based control system.
The unit is equipped with odor control designed not only to capture and prevent odors, but also to treat ventilation exhaust air using biocarbon, biofiltration and neutralization. The resulting compost is also processed to improve biotics for better plant growth.
The company manufactures and sells bioenergy systems that convert organic waste into renewable natural gas and zero waste fertilizer. Impact Bioenergy has two systems: the HORSE 25 series with a treatment capacity of 60 kg of waste per day and the NAUTILUS 185 series with a treatment capacity of 450 to 2200 kg per day.
