How to prepare it.

  2. Wait for them to dry well then transfer them to a bowl and cover them with a few tablespoons of sugar.

  3. Add the lemon juice and let soak for at least 2 hours in a dark, dry place.

  5. Cook over low heat until the jam thickens.
