This vehicle travels through the streets of Toronto, aboard a few cops who decided to implement the pedal car design of Michel De Broin. It is equipped with 4 independent pedals, as many as passengers. So anyone who decides to get in this vehicle will have to help to move. It can even reach 15 km / h.
