Q CELLS will launch its most powerful and efficient solar modules to date in European markets in the coming weeks.

As part of the Q.PEAK DUO-G9 series, three high power modules will be launched, all featuring Q.ANTUM DUO Z technology, with cells to increase the efficiency of the module in relative terms by 4%, providing overall efficiency up to 21.1%, as reported by Q CELLS.

The ML-G9 version of the Q.PEAK DUO has 132 half-cells to provide module output power of up to 395Wp. The larger version, Q.PEAK DUO XL-G9.3, increases the cell count to 144, delivering up to 465 watts of power output. This XL version is 8.3cm taller, but only 1kg more and the same width as previous products.

A third version of the Q.ANTUM DUO Z range has also been developed to specifically respond to the European residential roofing market.

The Q.PEAK DUO BLK-G9 has 120 half cells to deliver up to 345 Wp of power and 20.8% efficiency. It weighs 17.5 kg and the modules “can be installed more easily on roofs”.

Other innovations in the Q.ANTUM DUO Z range include the use of 12 round cables to connect the cells and larger plates measuring 161.7 mm. These ingredients combine to provide the “most advanced monocrystalline solar module to date”From Q CELLS, the company said.

We offer our customers a range of modules that perfectly matches their purpose: it has extremely high power and efficiency, but is not too oversized or bulky, providing an ideal balance between performance and ease of installation, thus ensuring an extremely competitive LCOE.
